VACUUM - CAST 3000

The entire plant operates in vacuum. All possible ways of cleaning (immersion, spraying, ultrasound) are held in a vacuum, which increases the security of the entire process and prevents from accidental opening of the chamber and improves the quality of the cleaning bath through continuous degassing (particularly important for ultrasonic cleaning).
Full-stream filtration for the washing and rinsing fluid is applied in VACUUM-CAST 3000 system.

A very efficient system allows to dry effectively in a very short time, regardless of the difficult drying conditions (large number of small elements, parts with blind holes, etc.) with a 10 times less energy consumption compared to conventional hot air blow drying. It should be noted that 70% of installed capacity in the device with a chamber fan is devoted to pre-heat drying air.

The advantage of washing systems, degreasing and vacuum drying is the lack of any need for monitoring and analysis of the washing bath.
